GAINESVILLE, Fla. --- A panel of specialists, advocates and law enforcement officials, including the FBI, will discuss the issue of community safety with a focus on schools, on Friday, Oct. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Santa Fe College campus, room WA 108.

 

"Community and School Safety: Risk Assessment and Prevention" is a conference presented by The Institute of Gainesville, in conjunction with the Santa Fe College Student Government, and the Santa Fe College Senate.  The event and parking is free and open to the public.

[GAINESVILLE, FL, September 25th, 2018—] The Institute of Gainesville in conjunction with the Santa Fe College Student Government, and the Santa Fe College Senate are hosting a comprehensive conference on “Community and School Safety: Risk Assessment and Prevention” on October 12, 2018 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, at Santa Fe College campus, Room WA 108.

The focus of the conference is on education of the public and organizations with vested interests in the topic.
